IVC Frequently Asked Questions

Who runs the club?

Collectively the members do! Each club has a committee, but by far the biggest contribution comes from its members. Members give their time freely but nobody is pressurised into doing anything they don't what to. Who knows, you could be hosting events of your own in the very near future!

When was IVC started?

The first IVC was started in 1947 by a group of Cambridge undergraduates who wanted to continue their social activities during vacations and after leaving university. Find out more about the history of IVC here
