Most of the facilities in the Users Area of the Association of IVCs (AIVC) web site are for the use of logged in users with at least full member permission.
If you are an AIVC Committee member or Club officer with Full Member permission, you will require a username (or your registered email address) and a password to access the site facilities listed below.
To get a Password: 1. You must be already registered in the AIVC Address list 2. If you are not registered, send your name, club name, committee role, phone number and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com so you can be added to the address list. 3. Click forgotten password at the top of the screen to obtain an automatically generated password by email 4. Login and reset your password using the "My Security Settings" menu option under "User Area" section.
Full members can:
View the public and private contact and event details in the event calendar
Add & Edit your own events to the calendar!
View and update your membership profile
Update your own password and profile security settings
Sign up for the e-mail interest lists
Gain access to other member resources as they become available
Group Managers Can:
Edit any page on the web site
Add, edit and delete web site menu options
Upload files to the web site
Add, edit and delete any events in the AIVC calendar
Send emails to IVC Clubs
And lots more ...
Please note:The web site will automatically log you off after 20 minutes if you leave the screen idle. The amount of time remaining before you will be logged out is shown at the top left of the screen.
