Barre Ballet & Pilates class

Barre Pilates is a combination of ballet related dance movements and Pilates exercises. Our goal is to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body with small isometric exercises and dance inspired moves. You will need a chair and a mat. The class costs £5 for IVC members and £7 for others.
