AIVC Address List

Twice a year the Association of IVCs (AIVC) publishes a list of IVC Club Committee Officers names and addresses so that Clubs can stay in touch with each other. The Address List is produced by the AIVC Communications Officer.

Copies of the Address List are sent to the Association Liaison Officer (ALO) of each club for use by club officers only. The Address List contains a reminder on every page of the booklet that the list is confidential and should only be used for legitimate club and association purposes. Each item of personal information can contain a privacy level which specifies how the information can be used.

The Address List is usually published in January and July of each year, although extra editions have been produced when the number of changes justifies the cost.

The Address List can be found on-line at Address List. This allows clubs to easily see information from all Clubs and also to modify their own information. Facilities are provided to produce email and address lists so you can easily circulate information to other IVCs.

The AIVC Address List should contain the following details for each Club.

Club Address List item	Details included
Association Liaison Officer	Name, address, phone number and email address
Secretary	Name, address, phone number and email address
Treasurer	Name, address, phone number and email address

Optionally the AIVC Address List can contain the following details for each Club or any contact details that the club feels may be useful to itself, other clubs or AIVC.
