The agenda for the Regional Gatherings has been broken into four sections which are reflected in the top menu of this web site.

1, The Meet and Greet allows attendees to get to know each other and have informal discussions while "propping up the bar" about the business of the day.



2. The AIVC Organisation section is the first major item of business.  The purpose of this section is to consider the kind of internal and network structures that the AIVC and clubs will need to adopt in the near future if it is to grow and thrive.


3. The AIVC Conference section is the second major item of business.  This section considers changes to the costs and organisation of the AIVC national conference which currently consumes the largest share to the AIVCs expenses.  This cost will need to be cut very sharply if the AIVC is to deliver a greatly reduced general levy to clubs.


4. The Report and Summary section is the last major item of business.  The purpose of this section is to pull together all the ideas discussed previously so they can be put in a form that can be discussed and acted upon at Conference 2015.
