Update Your Club Details

The following details are requested from clubs on a regular basis to help us to keep in touch with club Committees.

When any details regarding a club changes, such as when someone is no longer the chair, ALO of a club, then:

WE ASK THE CLUB TO  CONTACT THE AIVC WEBMASTER AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW WITH THE DETAILS SO WE CAN UPDATE OUR RECORDS:

AIVC REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING CLUB DETAILS TO BE UPDATED REGULARLY:

CLUB OFFICERS CONTACT LIST
Confirmation of the name, position/role, email address and phone number for all officers to be included on our contact list

DETAILS OF OFFICERS TO BE REMOVED FROM CONTACT LIST
Names of anyone who is no longer on your club Committee

CLUB MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS @ 31ST DECEMBER
Your clubs membership numbers at 31st December for the Levy and insurance

MEETUP ADDRESS / NAME CHANGES
Changes to your Meetup.com web site name so people can still access the site

WEB SITE ADDRESS CHANGES
Changes to your web site address so people can still access the site
