Halifax IVC are sharing their usual Saturday night social to co-incide with the aIVC conference.

MENU

Starters

S1.  Deep fried Brie & Redcurrant sauce,

S2.  Smoked Salmon filled with potato salad & finished with beetroot balsamic Glaze & baby leaves

S3.  Spring Vegetable soup

 

Mains

M1.  Two way Pork with Grilled Pork Steak & Confit of Belly topped with Crackling & Pan Juice Gravy (gf)

M2.  Pan fried sea bass in a beurre blanc sauce

M3.  Vegetarian Stroganoff made from Peppers, Onion, baby corn, courgettes, fresh herbs, tomato & cream

Desserts

D1.  Warm Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice-Cream & Chocolate Sauce (v)

D2.  Traditional Eton Mess with Berries, Meringue & Whipped Cream (v) (gf)

D3.  Sticky Toffee Pudding with Custard or Cream

You need to book for this event through your club and pay for it in advance. You also need to specify your menu choice when you book

You do not have to be attending the main conference AGM to join this event.  It is also open to weekend guests.
