Online Pilates with London IVC

Join London IVC for a bracing Pilates class. Once you join you will be able to see our teacher Joy Jewson demonstrating the pilates exercises and if you set up the camera on your PC, laptop, iPad, tablet or smart phone to point at yourself we will all be able to see you too (but it does not matter if this is not practicable). Ideally you should have a pillow and a pilates or yoga mat to lie on - but the floor will do. The class starts at 17.30 but we will have the virtual Pilates |
